"I got my contact lenses at Vision Pro. My insurance company told my that they incorrectly submitted the claim. Fast forward 2 months and I made a job change and no longer had the same vision insurance. VisionPro and my old Insurance company have been unable to successfully pay for my contacts even though when I talk to either one of them, they both acknowledged that I had eligible insurance and that insurance should pay. Fast forward many calls and many months and VisionPro has now began threatening to send me to collections, and are demanding that I pay out of pocket. Unethical business practices. Stay away."

"The front of house staff were all nice and cordial. However, when it came time to see the optometrist, I found his behavior unprofessional. While I believe I ultimately received the correct prescription, it was by far the shortest and least thorough eye exam I've ever experienced. During the exam, I hesitated for a moment when deciding which of two images I found clearest, and he sighed and said, "you're the worst sort of patient." At the end of my contact fitting, when it came time to remove the contacts from my eyes, I requested to wash my hands before touching my eyes. He audibly scoffed at me as though it was an unreasonable request. Overall, he did his job, but his tone was often unhelpful and condescending. I will choose to see another optometrist in the future."
