"My car dealership and I have been trying to close a car loan account and BMO Harris has yet to cash 2 checks to close it. Attempting to send a third to a different address they provided but have zero faith this will get done. They have up charged the due amount due to “late fee” although this is their failure to cash the check, and have decreased my credit score and my co-signers credit score in the mean time. I highly recommend you don’t open any accounts at BMO Harris."

"Worst customer service I have every received, their online help is one of the most worthless and unhelpful groups I have ever talked to. The online help line required me to go into a branch and verify my identification. It turns out that a "banker" is required for that action. Of course, there was no banker in the branch, after all it was a Friday."
