They will cancel your policy and and send you a fee faster than the time it take them to sign you up.. I never leave reviews but this company is a pure waste of time. Better of taking a risk."

"My partner had a permit maybe 2-3 years ago and didnt renew it. He gets bad anxiety driving so he will never own a license or a permit and I am fine with that. But why do I have to list him as an insured driver when I've always had him listed only because we live together. Because of this, my premium goes up about $400-$500 for my renewal in January. I will not be renewing my policies (auto+renters insurance) because it doesnt make sense to me why I should be paying more for a 6 month policy when he will never drive at any point in our relationship...Just doesnt make sense and seems unfair."

"Progressive staff forced me to list my house co-tenant (who is not related as family) who is no where related to my car (100% owned by me) or who never even entered my car to be listed on my auto policies and I had to pay additional money for that. They threatened to cancel my policy if I didn't do as they directed. I want to ask progressive what benefit do customers like me even get for paying extra money and listing my co-tenant in my auto policy? Their illogical company policies are meant just to grab $$ from your pockets while providing no additional benefit."

"Progressive has continuously raised my rates every 6 months even though I have never filed a claim. I did call about 7 months ago to inquire about making a claim, I did not make a claim and decided to pay for the damage out of pocket. DARIAN SEKANIC - the claim rep - reported the claim anyway and now it is on my record. I AM FUROUS. It was the first time I was in this situation. I needed help to figure out what to do. I was not informed that it would be noted in my record and effect my rates even if the claim was closed out. Progressive did a quick money grab. This should be illegal."
