"It's disappointing to go to a bookstore in the college I attend that DOSENT have the books I need for the classes I'm taking AT the college.. this has happened twice now. I will now have to arrive to my first class unprepared and order my book online. Hopefully it comes in a timely manner."
"I was given the wrong art kit after checking with one of the workers THREE TIMES! I then go back because it wasn’t the right kit. I proceeded ask for an exchange since they gave me the wrong kit. The worker takes the kit back and hands me another wrong kit without checking luckily I caught it. They then refund the amount instead of exchanging and I pay the difference, while saying that it would go back on the card right away. Of course that was wrong too. now I’m going to be missing assignments the first week. Absolutely ridiculous."
"Century college and bookstore have been horrible since I started.I’m taking an online course to keep busy and gain knowledge in my area of profession. They have a lack of communication, the bookstore is horrible. I went to return a book - which I’m sure of many of you isn’t so easy. I live out of state and work full time not to mention everything happening with COVID it’s an inconvenience. There was no one there, no line and I asked if I could return a book. They then tell me to come back tomorrow only before proceeding to say that I only had one week from the start date to return it. So why am I coming back tomorrow? It’s still in its original packaging with the receipt and they still say no. I’ve have horrible experiences throughout this entire semester they are not helpful and don’t seem to care of their students. The only good thing I have to say is that the course and instructors are great. Other than that not many positives."
