"Missing a package yup! I received a message telling me my order was delivered 2 days ago. I waited till today because of the weekend to check before I report it being stolen. Not being able to go into the post office I called. Twice I was hung up on after many rings. Then, I let it ring for 30 minutes! Yup, no one answered. I just wanted them to confirm it was delivered to the right house. My regular girl will bring it to the door."

"I know the postage office can get a lot of flack for all sorts of things. I’ve lived in muskego for 40 years and I have found almost all of my dealings with the muskego location to be very good. They have helped with passport photos, international postage, mail holds, and packaging questions. Thank you all for what you do!"

"I wish I could have given 5 stars but I’m highly disappointed. The mail carrier constantly leaves the mailbox open and I complained about this. I was told it was not the carriers problem. They don’t have time to try to “fix” a faulty mailbox. Fix? How hard is it to close a mailbox? People drive so close around the corner I’m concerned it will be ripped right off! Not to mention one of my roommates moved and now their mail is being “returned to sender” instead of their new address."
