"VERY rude post office staff. Packages are sometimes dumped into snow bank next to the mail box. Recently just found some shoes I ordered from Amazon late and partly buried in the snow bank when shoveling...the bag they were in were perfectly camouflaged in the snow. Sometimes the mailman will try to stuff a package into the box even if it doesn't fit, because they are too lazy to walk up to the porch. Also there was a time when the mail truck kept honking at me to come out to meet him (and pick up a package?), but I couldn't because I was on a conference call. Not sure how he even knew I was home. Crazy unprofessional behavior."
"The mail gets here really slow on some days and they only deliver Amazon on Sundays but besides that my mail gets to me safe and at the correct location haven't had problems for years besides those and they don't deliver on small holidays that's another one but that's ok too that's pretty much every mail company"
"The customer service I received today from the worker named Duane there was horrible. He was rude, disrespectful and terrible manorisms. I called just a few days prior and the gentleman I spoke to at that time was pleasant, helpful and patient, he is the ONLY reason I am giving any stars. I applaud all postal service workers but there is never a need ro be so brash, harsh and rude three words into a simple conversation."
"I had a very pleasant experience for my short visit here to mail two Priority envelopes. While I was filling out a few forms I heard friendly interactions with other customers. I was there about 10 minutes prior to closing and they were very efficient and I did not feel rushed at all. No complaints here!"
