"By far the laziest, most worthless human beings I have ever come across. My wife's b'day is today, I ordered her a gift that USPS lost for two weeks. It just arrived at the tomah location about an hour ago and wouldn't be going out to be delivered til tomorrow. My wife's birthday is today. So I went there and begged the older woman with the glasses and the longer greyish hair if she could grab it for me so I could get it to my wife on her bday and that the package is large but light weight and very easy to pick out in a pile of other boxes. With the most careless mono tone I have ever heard, all she could say to me over and over again was "Nope, can't, too many packages". Completely worthless."

"Clerk 07 captured three opportunities to interact during one transaction in very condescending tones and words. The other clerk there even said “you sure are schooling today” to Clerk 7. Absolutely the opposite of customer service, and not the first time from this Clerk 7. Speaking to someone in a single song voice while using unfriendly words is still poor customer service. Think about how you make people feel Clerk 07, reevaluate and educate yourself. There are many who don’t have great language skills, I can just imagine how she is with them."

"The staff was very rude I was at the counter less than 20 seconds and received rude service and quickly rushed out of line. It's easy to see why the us postal service is suffering with customer service like that."

"Tomah Post Office so this is an update . I have noticed a huge difference in the delivery service lately. Glad to see they are taking all complaints seriously now. We haven’t had any incidents in the last nine months , so kudos to the USPS here in Tomah. As always the office inside is always friendly and helpful. I updated my one star review to four stars. So update - lol so I change my review to a four star and what happens, we stop getting our mail except for packages and junk mail. My kids have pen pals that they write to and have not received one letter even though they were sent. My family sent congratulation cards and we didn’t receive them. My boss sent a letter out to everyone and I was the only one who didn’t get mine. I also had 3 different companies call me about stuff they mailed and I never received. Hmmm I guess I was wrong and the delivery service of mail is still horrible and lacking. Do better USPS . On the plus side my packages have been delivered on time and not crushed or broken and the inside office is still awesome."
