"Sweet Clarisse catered our wedding in June. We had pulled pork barbecue with southern style sides. It was the best barbecue that I've ever had, which is a big deal because my family is from the south! Our guests are still talking about how great the food was--better and more unique than typical wedding food. Working with Jason was very easy. He and his helpers were super professional at our wedding and it was clear that they had a lot of experience. He was very informal in the planning phase in the months before the wedding, more so than I expected and experienced with other vendors. Truthfully I was nervous that we weren't signing a contract. But he came through big time and I'm so thankful we hired him. Highly recommended!"
