"We live in Northern Virginia and my husband's mother lives in Wisconsin. We placed an order two weeks ago from their website for flowers to be delivered today. The flowers were nothing like the order we placed. We picked the Joyful Thanks off their website to be delivered today for her birthday but that is not what was delivered. The vase wasn't even the same. Since the order was placed well in advance of the delivery date, they should have been able to get the flowers in or contact us to say they could not do the arrangement that was ordered. Very disappointed."

"After reading such positive reviews, I thought this would be the perfect place to order flowers to have sent to my sister's school where she teaches to surprise her on her birthday. The first picture below is what i had ordered with the description "Sweetly Scented Pinks: An abundance of pink roses, spray roses, tulips, waxflower, and more." The second picture is what my sister actually received. The only thing from the posting I ordered from that was actually in the arrangement was roses. This was very upsetting to me since one of the main reasons I ordered the bouquet was because of the tulips (childhood garden memory) as well as the pretty frosty green filler leaves and waxflower. I called the store after finding this out and was told right off the bat, "We did the best we could. We didn't have any tulips so I just used roses. It says on the website that we can substitute flowers, and I guess I could have called you, but we did the best we could." For being someone who has previously worked in customer service; I was just extremely disappointed and taken aback with the way it was handled. Not even an "I'm sorry, is there anything we can do to fix this?" On the website it does say: "Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us." Looking at what my sister received, and knowing enough about flowers, there is absolutely no way the weed looking daisies and white filler flowers cost the same as tulips, waxflower, and the green leaves in the photo. There wasn't even extra roses added to make up for the difference. Also not to mention the fact that no one even attempted to call me and explain the change and make sure it was okay. The website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and the woman I spoke to didn't even try to make it right. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place and the customer service skills and overall product you're paying for vs. product you actually get is a huge let down."
