"Firs of all Jill took me on because I’m a friend of her client and she did so weeks before my taxes were do so for that I was grateful. However from the onset she was abrasive, didn’t let my bookkeeper (who is the most amazing woman) get a word in, didn’t respond to emails (only text) and just fired off a million texts messages to me with questions that she just assumed I would have the answers to. She didn’t explain anything and seemed annoyed when I asked a question. I owed taxes and paid them but just received a letter from the IRS saying I owed another amount. I contacted Jill and she explained it’s because I never gave her a specific form for health insurance. I calmly let her know she never told me she needed the form and why were we rushing to file when we had time for my personal taxes to get everything we needed together. To that, She responded with an emoji of a head exploding. It was the most unprofessional response I have EVER received in my life. I would never recommend her. Her attitude and I professionalism and the fact she cost me thousands extra left the most sour taste in my mouth. I never wrote reviews but this was beyond. Do yourself a favor and Find someone else."
