"Was wondering why I hadn’t received my mail and so I submitted an inquiry, Colfax postal service responded in a very timely manner and were very informative and helpful, I was informed about hazardous snow conditions delaying mail and was able to pick up all my mail at the local facility. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied."

"Once again colfax does not deliver!!!!!! I don't know where the responsibility lies 1 mailman that delivers is very nice and professional but then the other one I've watched him several times skip my mailbox sometimes several days in a row. What's sad is that the only have four thousand people supposedly they deliver to and I can't even do that right maybe one of the other towns around here could send us some mail people and send ours out to them then they can check to see who's messing up I had 3 weeks to get and send back a very important document. After a week i asked the other party if it got sent. It did. I DIDNT recieve it. they sent it again and guess what.. I DIDNT RECIEVE IT. NOW its going to be late, and i may not get my reimbursement back. COLFAX POST OFFICE IS AT FAULT. The Colfax post office has cost me a couple thousand now in Lost mail delivery. A DOCUMENT was sent to me and my lawyer he received it July 28th I have not yet received it and it's August 13th. In March I never received a credit card that was sent to me. They lose, or misplace mail. not timely delivery.. They take the phrase snail mail to the limits. i have recieved other peoples mail. from surrounding communities, the deed to my house was delivered to someone else. my bank sent me a new card through the mail. its been 3 months and the envelope has not been found. after 10 days i had to go to the bank and have one printed and the other card cancelled...Not trustworthy. doing fed ex now if i have a choice or registered mail for anything important."

"Soooo many mistakes! Getting my neighbor mail and they getting the next neighbors next to them mail. One day DID NOT pick up my OUT GOING mail which were bills! And it was NOT a holiday! I know of other people having problems with misdelivered mail! They have changed the phone number so it is a 1-800 number so you can not tell them personally on the phone that they cannot do their job right!"

"We have mail that was worth money that never showed up. Just cuz I have the same last name as some people doesn't mean that they live here when the address is a complete different road. Been trying to call for the last couple days cuz I'm waiting for something that should have been here in 10day and it's been 4 weeks. Had to have them try and send another hope I get it. We get other people's mail all the time. Wonder were mine is going."
