"I am not a hard-core yogi, but I have so enjoyed my time at Yoga with Molly. I was looking for a weekly workout that fits my schedule and doesn't require contracts, and Molly came into my life at that exact moment. Her beautiful home studio overlooks the hills and valleys of Verona and feels like a getaway during class. For those who haven't done yoga before or are nervous about taking the first step, Yoga Sculpt is the perfect place to start with a combination of simple yoga/stretching, weights, and a few cardio bursts to ensure you are getting a great workout. Modifications are always offered without judgment, and Molly does an amazing job reviewing proper form and giving reminders to make sure everyone stays injury-free. Finally, Molly has a heart of gold and is always so kind about checking in with everyone and even offering an educator discount on classes. Yoga with Molly is a hidden gem in Verona that I can't recommend highly enough!"
