"I shouldn't have to listen to drivers complaining about people on their route while I'm waiting in line. Very unprofessional manager at that point to allow this. We are a small town let's act accordingly."

"The worst customer service they have no employees the ones they do have are rude don’t know how to do their job and don’t care. they don’t take two seconds to look for your packages. They just say well if we find a will call you I don’t know where it is. I waited in line for over a half hour today with only two people in front of me with a slip in my hand, placed in my mailbox, buy them stating that my packages were there with proof of my tracking number of my packages were there and she would not go look"

"Over all friendly. But where they fall short is deliveries that need a Signature. They say they have no access. When in fact all they have to do is drive up the driveway and get out of the car and deliver it. But they lie. What it is, is they’re too lazy to drive up the driveway get out of the car and come to your door. I am sick and tired of waiting an extra one to two days for my packages because of their laziness."

"It's sad that in such a small town the employees at the local post office are so incredibly rude when you pick up packages. I won't be sad when the USPS finally fails and is replaced by emails and UPS/FedEx"

"The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights and, among other things, protects individuals from being compelled to be witnesses against themselves in criminal cases.
