"In less than 2 years, my bill from Republic Services increased by $50. I told them I had an option to go to a cheaper local service and they didn't try to persuade me otherwise, which is fine by me. Considering that Bill Gates is the top stock owner of this company, I want nothing to do with them anyway. We are now supporting a local garbage service, and that's how it should be!"

"Paid for services in advance. They doubled the price and forced me to pay again. They are plain and simple THIEVES. Unfortunately they are the only trash removal service available in this area. They did this to me in both 2021 and in 2022. I would quit them if there was any other service available. I realize the price of gas affects their bottom line-SO WHAT? It affects everybody's bottom line."

"I have contacted the company many times to cancel a building we had trash service. Spent 3 hours on the phone. There are 2 different addresses, it is a duplex No longer own the building and I can't get them to pickup the containers. We are responsible for the containers. Promised by Sarah that they would be picked up by April 1st and they have not come. I refuse to spend another day to find someone to talk to about them. Keep getting transferred to different people. Wish there was another service in our area.."

"Eagle Waste out of Ashland Wisconsin was bought out by Republic and before this had good service. Republic has not been reliable and neglects to pick up recycling in a timele manner. Days are continually switched. I received a recorded message to have both receptacles out for Tuesday and then a call saying it will be next week so five weeks as short of trucks and staff. I am diligent on recycling and have a long driveway and a heavy container. Residents in the city can be fined for leaving containers at the curb for three days. I have had to make four complaints the past three months. This company is very poor in that fees are collected for trash pick up and no service."
