"They didn’t deliver my arrangement on the day I requested, even after they told me on the phone they would be going there that day, and I never got a call/notification regarding it. I then found out they overcharged me from the price I requested. When I called the morning after they said they still wouldn’t be able to deliver it because they’re too busy. I asked for a refund and they said I’d have to wait 2 days to talk to the owner. Very frustrating experience! Would unfortunately not recommend for events or other timely deliveries."
