"While the office staff are friendly, the company as a whole does not know how to treat drivers. What I mean by that, is that they have no idea how to attract qualified experienced drivers or how to keep those same drivers from leaving for greener pastures. They offer NO benefits, except for vacation. No insurance, no life insurance, no long or short term disability, no layover pay, breakdown pay, or detention pay. No vision or dental insurance. Not even IPass or PrePass for the trucks. NOTHING!"
