"My experience with this company was very mixed. The onboarding process for me was absolute chaos, largely due to the developing corona situation at the time (February 2020), but also largely due to them not communicating properly about what was happening. To their credit, they admitted their mistakes during that period and once everything was established in their US warehouse, they did a very good job of shipping things for about a year. Service was very reliable and issues were handled quickly. Had their whole service been like this, it would be easy to give them 4 or 5 stars. At the end of my time with them, we had several weeks of packages that seemed to have dud tracking numbers, with lots of customers complaints. After myself and my assistant mentioned it multiple times with no response, I mentioned it more sternly and the owner got upset and immediately stopped shipping our orders, with no acknowledgement about the actual issue or refund on these shipments. I still wish them well despite this, but this needs to be said so you can make your own decision if you consider using their service."
