"My mother hired Sheila for estate planning. When she died I called Sheila’s office and spoke to someone I assume was an intern. He didn’t listen when I explained my situation and proceed to ask me questions I had already answered for him. I asked for her to call me just to answer a few questions and determine if I needed anything more done. No reply from her office. I called again a few weeks later and a woman answered who was more professional. Again I explained that my mother had died and Im only 36 so I hadn’t dealt with the legal side of death, that I wasn’t sure what the next legal steps were. I asked for Shiela to call me. She never called. This was over a month ago. Thankfully I already had worked with another attorney who quickly took care of everything. I think it’s shameful that this office couldn’t even extend the courtesy of a simple phone conversation after my mother had already paid over $800 for Sheila to write up some legal documents. I would have gladly paid for more services if anyone would have responded. I’m absolutely astounded that this happened as it did."
