"It was my first year doing my taxes with this office. My first impression was friendly and welcoming that I booked an appointment. My first appointment started with a lady (I didn’t get her name) she entered all my information and my dependents then she had me wait to enter a small office room with the gentlemen that preps and submits. The reason why I chose this office is because I was concerned on the quote I had and needed some one professional to take a look at it. When I showed him the quote he immediately said I indeed was missing some things and he would be able to help me maximize my return. He asked me to come back with my sister and he would see how he can help us out both. I made a second appointment, this time with my sister and didn’t get seen until about 2 hours later. This is where everything changed from positive to negative. I didn’t leave this office until estimates close to 9:00pm. I accepted what ever he suggested because he sounded sincere and very knowledgeable. When making a payment for process he said only cash. By the time I went home and analyzed everything I realized everything was the same as the quote I even started with and had to pay more out of pocket. I received multiple calls about missing documents when I had sent everything as requested. Then I received another call saying I had to come in to sign some new documents because my refund was being minimized. I went in the following day to sign as they asked and we didn’t have a great communication. I was in fact extremely stressed and a little bothered that I was confiding in some one professional and it just became my worst experience I’ve ever had. I called today because I received partial of my refund and it’s way less then what I was told the second time. It’s very unfortunate counting on something with our current increases in our personal day a day living every dollar matters to us, I in fact never received a follow up call or notified of any amends or changes. Overall I wouldn’t recommend at all. Please be direct and be honest with your customers. Have courtesy when there’s appointments and don’t argue with your co workers in front of your customers."
