"Long story short, we attempted to file our 2021 taxes with this company. The discussion and follow on submission of our federal and state taxes took place 2/16/2022. A request to confirm our taxes were accepted was done multiple times with zero response. Finally received confirmation after multiple attempts via email and phone. State return check was received short hundreds of dollars compared to the forms received from TRBC. Many attempts were made to receive information as to why this happened. Finally after multiple requests for information we were told that they imputed the wrong SSN for one of my dependents. We attempted to fix this issue for many days and then we finally received the fixed federal tax return. We were told to only fix the federal return as it was returned with errors and in an effort to beat the deadline, we did that. On April 7th we signed the fixed federal taxes and to date 5/2/2022 we have not received confirmation that our federal taxes were accepted. We have called multiple times with zero response. This business is by far the worst we have ever had to work with on a matter this important. They have my paid fees so, I guess we are left to look elsewhere to get this resolved. Very frustrating and I am advising anyone thinking about Tax Returns By Contract for service to go elsewhere."
