"My package are getting tied to street signs or thrown in the ditch. This is a business they are delivering to, so yes my driveway is plowed with ample room for big box trucks to turn around. When I call customer service at the Janesville Wisconsin location. I am old it's a junior driver that is unsure of their driving skills. And they stand with the drivers decision. When ask to speak to a supervisor they become rude, refusing to give me their names and hang up on me. Very poor service and ignorant customer service."
