"I used this company over 5 years ago. I never got any papers after submitting my taxes and I needed them . I stopped using this service. For whatever reason they continued to send me emails. I decided to circle back this year as I'm looking for a new tax person. I asked if they give quotes prior to my commitment. The first email said yes. I then asked how do I submit. I never got a response. I sent a follow up email. Then to be told a quite is against the law and a waste of time. Please keep in mind years ago He chaged me 1400 to prepare my taxes. Then never any proof of how my taxes were prepared.."
