"I have been very disappointed in the lack of knowledge of associates and timely completion of services. The below is my most recent frustrating interaction with Summit CU. Called while I was at my other bank for a wire transfer appointment to inquire what Summit's wire transfer fees were. Person on the phone told me $15, I asked if the rate is the same for international and he confirmed yes. I decided to leave the bank I was at and do the transfer with Summit over the phone. I was put on hold and then the same person came back and told me the international fee is actually $55. Then I asked if it could be waived as I already left my other bank and he told me $15. He put me on hold then transferred me to his supervisor who then told me international wires are $80 and domestic wires are $20; quite the difference from what I was initially told. After telling her that is not what I was told, she then said the international is $55. Spent 40 minutes total giving her all of the information for the wire only to be told that I have to call back tomorrow between 8:00am and 1:00pm because the wire team only works those hours. A very time consuming transaction for no outcome."
