"The staff of young women who work here (often Saturdays) are some of the rudest people. They act like you're supposed to know all of their little unwritten rules and processes. They'll cop an attitude because you were supposed to "set the box HERE, not THERE." They come off as irritated, bothered by your presence, and unwilling to do little tasks that are part of their job. I recently mentioned a bad experience I had at this place to my husband (who is a very quiet, passive type of guy). He tells me he recently had the same issues here and even got into an argument with one of the girls behind the counter! That's so out of character for him. There are certainly issues with this business when both of us have had multiple and separate (yet similar) bad experiences. I hope UPS investigates this place and deals with the rampant attitude problems."

"Overcharged for shipping a small clothing item to Illinois ($22) tried to ask questions but the person on the other side of the counter was already annoyed with me because I couldn’t hear them with the music obnoxiously loud. Won’t be going back here."

"Upon arriving at The UPS Store I was greeted by a worker with a smile and help at the machine seeing as I have not done a lot of shipping. I was returning an item to Amazon I pulled up my QR code she assisted me and walked me through it and it was done within 5 minutes. She handled it very easily and was very helpful to me and I was out the door with a smile!"

"Just received my print order from the UPS Store in Hales Corners. Quality is excellent, pricing was lower than I expected, and staff were very helpful on the design process. Highly recommended for any print needs."

"Update on 6/22: I had to make an update following the change in the ownership at this UPS franchise location happened maybe around 2 or 3 months ago. This definitely has altered the feel and the way things handled. Now Sunday hours are added. But, I have to say that all the faces I was familiar with are gone and keep changing at a fast pace. Complete turn over for seemingly less effective and this is sad. I can only pray and hope it gets better after a while. My original: It may not look much from outside but this is one of the efficient spots around town to get things done when it comes to shipping and things related to it. Honest friendly faces to serve you as best as they can. It has not changed a bit since I got to know them. This tells me a lot about a privately run franchise business that they were able to establish an environment leads to same positivity after new team members added. Fast paced setting with larger back office than its small front."
