"They are an Amazon return site. However, they do not have a QR code reader (even though a phone could be used). So we had to cancel our return and redo the entire return to get a shipping label. And then they charged $1.50! Sooooooooo they charge their customers AND Amazon is paying them for returns. Greedy and taking advantage of people. We won’t be back. Save your long winded reply. We aren’t buying all your excuses. Stop getting double payments for the “free” returns."
