"Terrible customer service, booked an online spot for a notary appointment. When we got to the store the person that we spoke with stated that they don't do notary services on Saturday's and they have no control with the information on their website (Accepts appointments on Saturday's). We didnt receive any cancelation email or phone call letting us know that there's no notary service for the day (Saturday) we selected. They even had the nerve to tell us that they've been slammed all day and didn't have the chance to inform us of the cancelation. Highly unprofessional. Update your services offered and take off the FALSE INFORMATION about your notary services that you don't offer on Saturday's."

"Booked an appointment with a notary online which their website allows me to do. Walked in to find that the notary went on break minutes (2-3) prior to my appointment and that I had to wait 30 minutes for them to come back. Asked what the point of making an appointment was, and they said it was typically a walk-in service. I was supposed to go here yesterday and booked an appointment which they contacted me to cancel because their notary was out. If it's typically a walk-in service, why are you giving customers the option to book an appointment online? Why would I drive over to your location without booking nother appointment? Why wouldn't I want some kind of confirmation or guarantee that the notary would be there? The point of making an appointment is so that I DON'T show up on your lunch break. If you have something you need notarized, don't go to this location."
