"If you like getting overcharged, go to this place. My wife and I just got ripped off. $500 to file!!!! Yikes!!!!!! ****Update***** I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here. Last year, I got ripped off with hidden fees but thought of doing it myself with their software online since it seemed so easy for my tax consultant. He must have locked me out because the only online option for our account is to see a tax professional. I am so fed up that you will never get my business again. I hope you get sued out of business. Check the web. They have spybots that sell your information."

"We had a really bad experience with Roy. He was so cold and impatient, and didn't seem to care about his customers at all. On top of that, he charged me $800 for just 20 minutes of his time and didn't even include all the necessary expenses. I had to redo my taxes with a more knowledgeable accountant. I definitely won't be going back to him, as he was also very rude. Even the receptionist wasn't friendly"

"I've never had someone in a professional setting, that is supposed to be providing me a service, be so rude and cold. I'm a super friendly person and didn't get so much as a hello or smile back when I greeted him. He hardly made eye contact with me, and his tone and demeanor made it seem as if I was an inconvenience to him. I had questions about what I'd consider to be a simple tax filing, and he was very short and rude in his reply. I asked for my forms back and plan to go somewhere else. At which he just tossed them back at me with no concern for his customer. If this person isn't happy doing his job anymore, then he shouldn't do it."
