"Horrible customer service the owner Long provided. I brought in my car to get my flat tire fixed Friday on 12/31/2021, after one hour and I went to pick up my car, I paid $15 dollars. I started my engine and warning sign on said rear tire air low, I talked to the owner, said the my tire air is still low, he said you need to drive a little , the warn sign will be off, as I saw the tire obviously is low air. but I told him if it is enough air, warning sign will be off right away and I DON'T have drive to make it off. he is getting irritated. the he had his staff to put some air in, and the warning sign off. I thought my tire got fixed. next day, when I went in my car, the warning sign is on again said low air in rear tire. I could not go anywhere as it was new year until Sunday, I found a place to get my tire changed. Monday afternoon I drove back to this place to talk to owner again, he was very rude and he shouted to me said you paid the money, I fixed your tire that is not guranteed, ok!! do not come back to me, Ok!!! OMG ,he even didn't say sorry, he even didn't credit back to me or give me partial refund. instead of shouting to me with horrible attitude. if he can't be sure to get my tired fixed, let me know before I leave the car there or let me know it is not guranteed, then if I still want to leave my car there that is my own choice. I won't blame on him. what he means, we paid money to him to get car fixed, if the car did not get fixed from his place, you just have to accept loss and accept bad luck. find some place else. come on, really? thanks GOD, I only wasted my $15 there. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED. if you are lucky you will get your car fixed, otherwise you will waste your big money there if they can't fix your car."

"I have been going to this place since the 90's for repairs that I can't make myself for lack or tools or experience. They have always remembered my name since my first visit. Now my own kids are going there. I've read some of the reviews and yes, some of their prices are high and I have the option of going somewhere else if I don't like the price quoted. I feel the quality of work is top notch. Out of the almost 3 decades of going to this place I've only had to take my vehicle back once for a rework and that was because the part itself was faulty, not the labor. I had to have my Pathfinder towed there once expecting them to be gone because it was late at night. I had just planned on leaving the car there with a note. But to my surprise Mr Long was there way after closing hours and welcomed me there and still checked over the car eventhough it was after 9pm. Just all in all great people."

"This place is great! My radiator cracked the day before my visit while I was out. The car began to smoke but I managed to get it home without it smoking even more. I wasn't sure what was wrong hut when I brought it in the Mechanic Mr. Long was able to tell what the problem was. He showed me that it has cracked due to old age and it told me what needed to be done and how long it would take. I was there pretty early so they were able to get to my car right away. They replaced my radiator within a couple of hours-- something I though would take long enough for me to have to wait for the next day to get back. The staff was friendly and welcoming, they have many car parts they need on hand and they are able to receive their car parts orders quickly! My experience was great and I'm glad I went there. My buddy recommended that place to me because of their prices and hospitality so I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. I absolutely recommend this place!"
