"Terrible service. I had an appointment at 1 pm. I show up 10 minutes early, and they tell me the person that was supposed to help me didn't show up. The receptionist then tells me I will be taken cared of by anther agent. She leaves and gets replaced by cranky lady that could not care less that I had been waiting for almost an hour. Then she tells me I am not even on the system. I told her I was irritated by this, and that I was going to leave. I left after they wasted my time. What a joke of place."

"It was my first time at this location on Folsom Blvd and 59th St in Sacramento, and The lady Merchelle Gilliam prepared my taxes. We had good laughs, it was enjoyable and easy. At least she made it feel like that."

"Merchelle was good. However they don't mention how expensive it will be until the last second. So when I backed out last second, they had a fuss like they are worth $400 an hour. I was polite, front older lady came in trying to make me feel bad for leaving. Cornered me in a little office and made me feel terrible for trying to leave. Felt like I was in an interrogation room. So glad I left that place, manipulation at best. 2 stars because Merchelle did a thorough job."
