"Full disclosure: I have never worked with Malibu Roofing Corp., only dealt with their abhorrent customer service. I called to ask if they had a stroller turned in since their google maps location says they are located where the stroller was left (it’s a fabricated address, not sure if it’s a mailing address, regardless should not be on google for consumers) Two female associates who answered calls wouldn’t even discuss & hung up on me multiple times. I’m sure if you bring them work (ie $$) they’d be happy to discuss, but their lack of care has turned me off from using them on our house project."
