"Worst treatment ever by a company. To be laughed at and implied we are stupid and liars. Horrible customer service. Been dragging us along for 6 years every time we talk with anyone its another story. Been shuffled around from one person to the next. No one is on the same page. Get told different stories every time. We paid them a lot of money that has gotten us no where. They claimed in the beginning they could help us reduce what we paid the IRS. 6 years later we are out a lot of money and still where we started. No compassion understanding. "I should have researched Tax Tiger more thoroughly before hiring them for assistance. Now looking back, there are many reviews that would have warned me of the drawbacks of using Tax Tiger. They continually are charging exorbitant prices for everything. My tax debt spanned several years, but was not big dollars relatively speaking (~12K). Perhaps using Tax Tiger makes more sense when debt is higher. For me, they did nothing I could not have VERY EASILY done myself (get transcripts from IRS, file unsubmitted returns, pay any debts). After paying Tax Tiger over $5K, they then said I will need to pay additional monies for them to negotiate with the IRS on my behalf. I pulled the plug at that point and called the IRS directly. They reviewed my balance, eliminated fees, reduced my debt to under $5K. I will have to live with the regret of having wasted the $5K I gifted to Tax Tiger."

"They charged me $1000 and only found out how much I owed. I could have done that myself. I was then told they wanted more money to get a payment plan. However, they couldn’t get me any tax relief or would they make an offer on my behalf. BTW-The company had been a sponsor of Sean Hannity and promoted the idea that they were Christian’s. Very disappointed in Tax Tiger."

"So disappointing! I was excited to go to Tax Tiger to get resolution to my tax problems but here I am a year later, still in the same boat as when I went. I had gone to other tax help services and they just took my money and did nothing for me. The owner talked about how wrong this was, but then DID THE SAME THING! I paid $2500.00 to have Tax Tiger tell me they couldn't help me. For that huge sum, all they did was order my transcripts. I understand if there is nothing they can do, but that's a huge charge for NO HELP. :( I would have been alot better off to just give the IRS the money. At least my bill would be lower. I also paid hundreds of additional dollars to have the tax girl do my taxes but she was so rude to me and acted like I was a bother to her. It was really uncomfortable. I came for help but just lost more money. They claim Jesus so I thought they would be different, but sadly they treated me just like the rest. At least the other tax firm gave me a partial refund when it was clear that I did not qualify for help. Tax Tiger made my heart truly sad and my tax problems are still with me. I miss the good old days when people understood "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". WWJD?"

"DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! All documents could be sent from Florida to Sacramento Ca. by regular mail. Except my initial payment check of 7000.00. Ms.Hill gave me her cell phone to let her know when I overnighted by Fed-Ex the certified check. I inadvertently called it once from my contact list. I was told to NEVER do that again. My Mother was terminally ill. I was her caregiver. I had 2 strokes. BK told me she was not interested in my personal issues & to not put them in anymore communications to Tax Tiger. I have absolutely ZERO evidence or documentation that they did anything but file back returns. No appealing penalties or interest. After they get your money, they could care less about you. Their representation wiped me out. I had to borrow which I will be paying for many years. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU ARE TOLD BY BK or KH."
