"My first impressions, the facility is very nice. The staff is a little green but friendly and helpful when approached. The swim facility is nice, but the ambient air temperature is insanely high. It is very uncomfortably hot. No bueno! After a few minutes, my eyes started to burn from the chlorine vapor - I had to wait for my kids outside. If you're attending a swim lesson as a parent - wear light clothing for hot weather and bring water.. So hot in there!"

"Just drove an hour to get to the facility that was not very full at all. And since they didn’t have x amount of life guards on duty. Even tho online it said open swim was available getting to the facility they said no one was able to enter. So far the three times I’ve been to this place there’s always an issue with something. Don’t recommend."

"We took our grandson here for our first visit on a school inservice day. It was very busy, and they were not fully prepared. There was a halt on admission while they called for lifeguard reinforcements. I feel they should obtain the local school district calendars so they will know when to schedule more staffing. Also,if you live outside the Medford school district you will be charged slightly more so be prepared for that. Once inside, we were impressed with the family changing room that allowed both sexes and had multiple private restrooms to shower off, etc. They were clean and tidy. There were lockers, but I received no information on using those. The pool was just barely warm enough for me--could have been a couple of degrees warmer. There were very few pool rules posted, and our grandson broke a rule unknowingly and cried when repremanded--even though he got the idea from others doing the same thing. The area designed for small children was nice and fun though. We didn't care for the sectioned off "river" area with our grandson, but others enjoyed it. There is one entry/exit spot that becomes congested. You are reprimanded for entering from the final circle end, which again had no signs to communicate this rule. All in all we enjoyed coming here, our grandson had a ball, and we will return. Hopefully some things will be worked out as time passes."

"I know this place just opened up tot he public, but expect a line to get in on the weekends. There are two waterside and a big pool with different depths so that even kids that don't know how to swim can have fun."
