"I called ahead and told them I would add all the documents online and everything was well. They called me thirty minutes before my appointment to check on me. Once I arrived we got everything done in an hour but I still had to sign my tax return online before the final submission and they were already closed at that point so I said I would do it at home. Once I got home, H&R Block website was giving me an error message and I couldn’t call anyone since they were closed. I go in the next morning as soon as they opened and was helped right away by a different tax preparer than previously. We ended up not resolving the issue and then a message came out saying the website was down. All of a sudden the tax preparer starts mentioning she has another customer with an appointment and starts rushing me out of her cubicle. She says she can print out the paperwork for me to sign real quick but I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. I walked out feeling slighted, disrespected, and frustrated. I had an appointment the previous night but she rushed me off to deal with another customer. They were charging me $800 I expected better treatment than that."
