"Received a letter from the CA Tax Board and was scheduled an appointment at 12:00 on a Tuesday. 2:00 PM comes around and I received no call, no help, no communication. This office, and the tax "professional" from this office I was scheduled to talk to, blew off me and my appointment, after years of paying H&R Block with my tax returns to protect and HELP when this happens. Absolutely unbelievable that a major tax company is just okay with blowing off appointments and not even calling or emailing to cancel or reschedule. What an absolutely insanely low level of professionalism and what an absolute joke of an office. Thanks for nothing."
