"Had a mixed experience with JGD & Associates. The accountants were great - professional, compassionate, and competent. However, on a different occasion I interacted with one of their administrators, Brooke. She was unpleasant to deal with. She came across as abrasive with an air of controlling, and a sense of entitlement. This overshadowed the positive experience I had had previously with the accountants. Hope they address these concerns for a better overall client experience. I'm sure those who work alongside her have similar complaints as well. Plus, she looks like she doesn't tip her servers. Which is just rude."
