"This office is completely incompetent. My tax filer Charlene made me very uneasy the entire process as I felt she did not know what she was doing. A few days later she called back to say they made a mistake and I would have to resign. I decided to cancel. It took weeks to get refunded and the team lead never called me back when I inquired. A month later they filed my tax return without my permission. Not only did they file incorrectly, but also had a bank account that I have closed for the direct deposit. I went into the office to speak with the manager who had (just clocked out) and instead spoke to a Laura who was incredibly rude. Her voice spoke pleasant however her facial expressions were extremely hostile. Never going to HR block again, especially the Wildomar office. I hope their manager is able to resolve this. I do not believe anyone in this office is competent."

"worst h and r block you can find. they have no idea what they’re doing. you’ll be quoted 1-2 days and not hear anything for a week. only to be told the person who was assigned to review can’t do independent contractors and they have to switch people when they knew ahead of time that my taxes included that. then it took them 3 days after my taxes were done to actually let me approve it but not before blaming me when they never updated their system."
