"DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT. I'm not sure I've ever received worse service. Even though I sent Mr. Greenburg all of the documentation necessary for my tax returns by March 1st, he didn't file for my returns until late May--over a month after the April 15th deadline, and notwithstanding *dozens* of attempts (calls and emails) on my part to get him to file sooner. To make matters worse, the government made me pay a fee for the late filing, and Mr. Greenburg wouldn't reimburse me. Also, for context: I don't typically complain about service, even when it's bad. It's just that Mr. Greenburg's service was *that* bad. Potential clients need to know about it."

"Went in to have our taxes done early in February and brought our paperwork in. Met with Mr. Greenburg (was very nice), unfortunately that’s where my good experience ended. Over 1 month after bringing in our paperwork, our taxes were still not completed. After 4 follow up calls, I was told they would be done the day I called on multiple occasions. This did not happen. Instead, on my final follow up I expressed my disappointment that we were obviously not a priority for Mr. Greenburg. Let’s just say the response I received was not exactly from the customer service 101 handbook. I have no idea why this happened as there were no clear indications in the beginning that this would turn out to be a negative experience. I have never written a poor review for anyone until today, so there is definitely a reason for this."

"Mr. Greenburg has being handling my taxes since 2006. I have NEVER had any issues. Nor have I ever received anything from the IRS stating that there was anything wrong with my taxes. He is very sweet and professional. I highly recommend him."
