Took over an hour to try and figure out how to process a dependent form, calculated the incorrect amount id be receiving back, and the processing fee is ridiculous!! Only come here if you are single with absolutely no write offs!"

For whatever reason I was denied the advance which I don't understand because it's money that I earned and that is owed to me. It shouldn't be someone else's decision how or when I choose to receive my refund. So NO I'm likely to return , it's false advertising and besides that I paid double for for the filing fees compared to where I normally go."
