"I will never recommend H&R Block to anyone. We made an appointment, told us $80 plus tax and they have add on if you’d like to add. They didn’t even give us an option charged us $385 just to have them do them. Said it’s their fee’s and forms…. Well as someone who is in customer service myself and helps customers this is absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional and very dishonest company. Save your money and do TurboTax or someone who won’t rip you off. Times are tough enough don’t need more dishonest people and companies making it harder."
