"Cecilia Jaime failed to show up to a 12pm appointment. I did not receive any sort of message as to why the appointment was missed. I was treated extremely unprofessionally and the service was absolutely unacceptable. To miss an appointment on the day of a deadline is unacceptable. They couldn’t get me another appointment for hours later which may cause me to not be able to file on time. The management gave me no sort of explanation, and I was hung up on 3 different times. Cecilia should have had the respect to let me know why my appointment was missed. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable and I do not recommend you do your taxes here, especially by Cecilia."

"No longer happy with how we are being taking care of, for this year and last year as well, did think last year was just because of covid-19 and all that came with that year. I would have to say no as this year and last year made us feel more like cattle that they are just cashing in on. Diana C Pullara doesn't take the time to help with setting up for next year or give pointers on what we should be doing. We have asked to only get a politician answer and a blank look, again giving the feeling of pushing us out to cash in on us. Caught a handful of typing errors this didn't give us the confidence in Diana, to only have her seem upset we were calling the errors out. When checking out we paid with cash for the bill at the end, Diana and the receptionist made a few unsavory comments about the cash chaining hands. Made it again seem as we were just a cash cow coming to give them money. The manner in how that office is ran makes it seem like a ponzi scheme, will no longer be using H&R"

Not only was she professional she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable and we had a great conversation about various topics. She is a very funny woman and made a big impression on me. My tax preparation didn't take long at all. I was very satisfied with my refund. I would highly recommend this office and ask for Carol Dean you won't be disappointed. I look forward to not only seeing Carol again next year but many years to come."
