"I was not only disappointed but also had my finances messed up beyond repair. Isaac/Ike was very demeaning and not patient at all, would not listen to me just because I am a woman or maybe my race. Well he not only messed up my return so I got $163 instead of $1,000+ And then they charged me extra just for asking questions about a prior years tax return. When I asked to show him the paperwork that proves my situation and he said "I have been here for 14 hours, don't want to stay any longer" Was told I would be given a call back, instead no call & they were closed/gone until next year. Worst experience of my life"
