"My wife and I arrived home after an extended holiday break to find our kitchen and multiple rooms flooded by a broken dishwasher valve. The dishwasher had been cycling scorching hot water out of the unit and on to our kitchen floor continuously for 10+ days. The steam from the hot water had permeated the cabinetry, floors, walls, windows, paint, doors etc. We found the issue on Saturday night and made a call to The Park La Brea Servpro team of Mona and Eloy on Sunday who dispatched a mitigation team within an hour’s time. Eloy was in constant communication with our insurance provider was diligent about relaying information and keeping me in the loop on process and next steps. The timing of our incident coincided with heavy rains in the LA area which I know stretched the Survpro team thin. But Mona Jones (owner) kept a keen eye on the overall project and provided sound advice on how to best attach the rebuilding process once Survpro had mitigated and demoed the damaged areas. She’s a master juggler."

Even when they have a ton of other claims going on, Mona and her team manage to be helpful, proactive, and make the complicated and difficult process of dealing with homeowner insurance claims and remediation so much better and easier to deal with. "I recently experienced exceptional service from ServPro. When I learned that there was a potential mold problem at my property, I called several mold remediation companies to come by and give me a quote and I can say with 100% confidence that Mona, Michelle and the entire SERVPRO of Park La Brea team stood out amongst all other companies for several reasons. The mold concern came up in December, a stressful and very busy time for most due to the holidays. The Park La Brea team had a sense of urgency when it came to helping me determine what the issue was and what my remediation options were, all while being considerate and transparent of any associated cost. The team had top-notch communication and provided considerate transparency through out the process. Their professional customer service orientation was evident, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and shockingly seamless. "Highly recommend SERVPRO of Park La Brea. Mona is fantastic. We had some heavy floor and wall damage from a water heater tank leak and Mona went above and beyond to help us through this stressful time. She was on site and on calls taking time to explain the process. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and her energy and care is amazing. Her assistant Michelle was also kind and always there to provide support. Her team on site was wonderful to work with. You could tell Mona has great relationship with her employees and it shows in their presence and their work. Our insurance company was not supportive or efficient, and I don't know what we would've done if we didn't come across Mona's Servpro."
