"My wife and I arrived home after an extended holiday break to find our kitchen and multiple rooms flooded by a broken dishwasher valve. The dishwasher had been cycling scorching hot water out of the unit and on to our kitchen floor continuously for 10+ days. "Highly recommend SERVPRO of Park La Brea. Mona is fantastic. We had some heavy floor and wall damage from a water heater tank leak and Mona went above and beyond to help us through this stressful time. She was on site and on calls taking time to explain the process. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and her energy and care is amazing. Her assistant Michelle was also kind and always there to provide support. Her team on site was wonderful to work with. You could tell Mona has great relationship with her employees and it shows in their presence and their work.
