"Went back out of desperation and they denied me due to my pervious review 4 years ago. So unprofessional to try to bully someone into not reviewing your business. He tried to say the battery was sitting for too long and thats why it didn't work. I will admit i had to try to remember the whole situation. The fact of the matter was the battery was physically damaged not just sat too long and it didn't work. I also attempted to reach out before leaving review but they were so rude. ****(old review) They were nice in the beginning but i pawned my laptop and got it bk with a damaged battery. They said they are not responsible for the damages. I will never go bk."
