"Staff is very nice. Store did not have many of the things their website said was in stock. In particular, we stopped by to get an iron-on for a school project and almost the entire wall had tags prompting you to order online. Our fault for waiting to the last minute but still very frustrating. While it’s not the store’s fault, the website is very unfriendly to users - defaulting to a store 100 miles away and crashing when trying change store. My overall recommendation would be better inventory management."
