"When my Jeep wouldn’t start, a towing company gave me a jump and recommended I take it over to this place right away. When I got there RDM assumed I needed a new battery and wanted to charge me $600 for a new one without running any diagnostics to make sure the battery was the problem! I went to another auto center for a second opinion. It’s a good thing I did because it turned out the problem was my thermostat! My battery was fine! RDM was all set to charge me an outrageous price to replace a part that didn't even need replacing while leaving the real problem undiagnosed! I will never go to this place again!"
