"excellent service and kind, honest, transparent guy running the stand. I was going to buy a brand new iPhone at the Apple Store Century City, and after waiting too long for a rep who then told me that I shouldn't spend my money to upgrade from iPhone 13 to iPhone 15 because the camera differences are so minimal. They suggested I just repair the screen. When they gave me an outrageous price quote, I quickly googled for a screen repair store and was so lucky to find one just down the hallway near Zara. I called up the man running it who answered right away and confirmed that he had my screen in stock. He then quickly repaired it in less than the 20 minutes promised, and proceeded to help me match my phone with the right case and protective cord. He even was able to give me the best price available and give me 6 month warranty. Definitely consider coming here for any phone repairs before overpaying at the Apple Store."

"I have had an iPhone 8 plus since it was released as I love the home button. Today I noticed my screen protector was cracked and went to the Apple store at the Century City mall. They told me they don't carry screen protectors anymore for the iPhone 8 plus but they highly recommended Broken We Can Fix It that is basically a kiosk in the CC mall. Hassan had the Apple certified screen protector for my phone, said it would take 15 - 20 minutes, and he was literally done in less than 10 minutes! I asked him what took so long, smiled, told him I was just kidding, and we both laughed. The screen protector is clear and he put it on perfectly. It's literally flawless and looks great! The price was as awesome as Hassan. I will go back to him in a second for all my iPhone issues. I highly recommend Hassan at BROKEN WE CAN FIX IT. Very nice, friendly guy!"
