"Went here for a little test because I heard a lot of good things. I figured I’d test out the spot before I pulled the trigger On selling my old coins. Well I took my great grandmothers ring to get an appraisal. The sign on the door said be back in 10 minutes I waited 15 minutes then proceeded to call the store the person answered and said yes we will be back in 10 minutes. So I waited more ……. After another hour I started to get frustrated. Finally 1 hour and 20 minutes later a man opened the door. Whatever I can deal with a little time. After all that I showed him the ring and he wouldn’t even look at it. He said it was costume jewelry and barely worth anything. To be clear this is a 19.5g 24 k clearly stamped gold ring with three .75 k diamonds. I have a certified appraisal on the ring and just wanted to see how fair the exchange rate would be. Needless to say I will be taking my coins elsewhere this guy is an absolute joke. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life but it was entertaining to see how incompetent some people are …."
