"I bought a Simmons SDMK4 portable drums from them and it was missing parts that are imperative for the machine to operate properly. When I bought it I was disappointed that they didn't have the manual or instructions for it and no sticks either. But I figured I'd be able to download the paper work and instructions and I can buy a set of drum sticks. Turns out it not only missing paperwork and that set of sticks but also three parts that are imperative for you to operate then thing properly. Ok I called and was told it was sold as is. They won't even buy it back."

"I'm genuinely perplexed by some of the negative reviews. I'm fairly certain I dealt with the same folks and they were polite and welcoming both on the phone before I came in and during my visit. I checked the eBay recent sales for the guitar amplifier cabinet I was looking at purchasing and the price the owner offered me was just over 20% less than the lowest comparable items. Ultimately, we were able to work out a deal that was a win-win, which I greatly appreciate. I will be coming back with my son to look at some of the items very soon."

"I was really disappointed at one of the ladies there. My co-worker and I went in around noon couple months ago. The lady looked at us with disgust and asked us to leave because it was her lunch break. We are blue color men who dress like working men(logo shirts, little bit of dust on us). We left (obviously at that point I'm definitely not buying the guitar in the window) as we drove by to get back to our job she was still standing in the front with another employee(not eating lunch). I hope no one else gets treated that way because it left us with a little PSTD. Just can't seem to stop thinking about this and bothers me til this day."
