Liked the informational pamphlet we received with our tag. Pamphlet explained their earth friendly cleaning process using no harsh or smelly chemicals. "2 love seat covers. Had them cut off side pieces of the arm rest and sew up to enclose. Each arm rest measured 23”. In addition. She had to sew 23” only on both sides of main cover in order to finish off. She charged $120.00 My fault that I did not ask to be notified of total cost before doing. I was out of the state at the time. If I take off 5 for thread that leaves 115.00 for labor at 15.00 per hr (minimum wage). It took her 7 hrs to cut 4-23” of material and sew 8-23” of seam. Not happy at all."
