"People who work there are very sweet and kind but I had the worst experience with the manager her self. I asked if I can amend a year of my taxes to add my education she said yes she can but I would have to provide all receipts and ID tax number of the school. Well then brought all papers required and came back then she said you need proof of you being a half time student and signed from the school. That took me an extra week to get but I got it and emailed it to her on a Monday asking if that letter works? I did not get a response so I thought oh maybe they are busy. For the third visit as I walked in the girl greeted me with a nice warm smile and stopped me by saying we can’t submit it because the letter doesn’t prove you were a half time student it only shows that you were a student also if we submit it it’s a long process. So I asked her is your manager telling you that I can not be served her? She did not respond she smiled and said again I’m sorry. I said I’m sorry you are working for her. This is a very bad customer service."

"Esmeralda was incredibly rude to me, snapped at me and rolled her eyes and gave the impression that she was miserable doing her job. Worse customer service experience I have had in a while. Incredibly incredibly ruse with an air of pretension and very impatient. However, Isela also works there, and she is the sweetest thing. Huge huge difference. I will go back and ask for Isela."
